Once downloaded, install the software and run it.

In the Settings tab, you can select your device, for example: iPhone 3G , and tweak other settings if you like.

Next click Convert.
1) go to Power Mode
2) Click on “One Click convert”

Select multiple files if you like and click Open

Once you have clicked on Open, all files are automatically added to “Conversion Queue” and conversion of First file begins.

Once a file is done converting, iTunes opens up automatically and the converted file “.mp4″ is added to Movies section in you Library.
Next time you Sync, the file will be transferred to you iPod or iPhone
